Mission.
The German Aviation Research Society (GARS) was founded in 2002. It is a non-profit, charitable society. Currently, GARS has more than 150 members. GARS produces webinars and organizes multiple conferences and workshops every year taking place all over Europe.
With our activities, we aim to foster air transport research in the fields of economics, management sciences and law. Promoting the dialogue between academia and professionals from the aviation industry and public authorities as well as the promotion of young researchers is of special importance to us.
